Aquaphor-Siberia develops and manufactures technological equipment for purification and pumping of water of various composition and genesis.

The equipment is manufactured in a modular design including all the necessary support systems, and is intended for use in any climatic conditions. The reliable operation of the equipment is ensured by a high degree of automation.

All systems of each piece of equipment are designed and manufactured individually ("tailor-made"), taking into account a customer's requirements.

Aquaphor-Siberia provides a full cycle of making autonomous modular water treatment and pumping stations including design, assembly at the production site, logistics, installation and commissioning at the site of use. The operation of the facilities is accompanied by warranty and service. The company also provides services for the reagent treatment of fluids in pipelines and repair and insulation works on wells for various purposes.

Aquaphor-Siberia has extensive experience in the treatment of industrial wastewater with a high degree of pollution. Autonomous stations for the treatment of associated water from hydrocarbon production, process wastewater from gas condensate treatment, wastewater from coal mining and transshipment have been developed and manufactured. The applied technological solutions make it possible to significantly reduce the overall dimensions of the treatment facilities while ensuring the required result. Depending on the specifics of the object, the quality of wastewater treatment meets either the requirements of fishery reservoirs, or the requirements for the quality of water intended for injection into intake formations.

Pumping stations for various purposes

As part of complex deliveries of water supply and sewerage facilities for autonomous industrial facilities Aquaphor-Siberia develops and supplies various pumping stations including river intake pumping stations, pumping stations for drinking and waste water, stations for pumping treated wastewater into intake formations. In addition to the necessary pumping groups, the stations include equipment for chemical and bactericidal treatment of the pumped media.

Preparation of process water for injection into the reservoir pressure maintenance system.

Aquaphor-Siberia has more than 20 years of experience in participating in projects for the preparation and injection of treated process water into reservoir pressure increasing systems at gas and gas condensate production facilities. Technological solutions applied by the company include an original technology for treatment of injected water which should minimize clogging of injection wells and ensure a long overhaul period. Pumping stations for water injection into the reservoir include high-pressure plunger and multistage pumps with operating pressure up to 200 atm.

Reagent correction of the liquid media composition.

Aquaphor-Siberia develops and implements technologies for reagent correction of pumped liquid media or their two-phase mixtures. The result of processing is a decrease in the corrosiveness of liquids due to pH correction, oxygen neutralization, suppression of the growth of microorganisms. The technology uses the most effective and safe reagents. The supply of reagents is provided by an autonomous station, control of the dosage of reagents is carried out automatically according to the readings of sensors that measure the basic indicators of the composition of the liquid.

Repair and insulating works on wells

Aquaphor-Siberia provides services for carrying out repair and insulating works at production and absorption wells at hydrocarbon production and storage facilities. During the period of the company's activity, service work has been carried out to treat 512 wells in 15 regions of Russia and abroad.

Desalination of sea water

Aquaphor-Siberia has developed modular container-type desalination stations of various capacities designed to provide drinking quality water to local consumers in the coastal regions. In addition to the actual desalination stations consumers are offered a complex technical solution which includes water intake devices using high-strength composite pipelines, as well as mobile fast-deployable high-pressure pipeline systems for transporting desalinated water over a distance of up to 100 km with a difference in elevation up to 1000 m.
